An impressive list that includes being named as Chair Designate of Yorkshire Building Society, being the current Chair of Cater Allen Private Bank, a Remuneration Committee Chair and independent non-executive director on the boards of Santander UK PLC (financial services), Persimmon PLC (housebuilding) and Petershill Partners PLC (asset management). 

Equipped with a Masters degree and accredited in Executive Coaching by Ashridge Business School, Annemarie takes a client-centred and strengths-based approach to coaching. She is a highly effective listener with excellent powers of intuition, and she applies these skills to help coach and develop individuals who are at critical points in their careers and are in need of some guidance or assistance.
